Dr Jing-Ming (Thomas) Kuo is an Associate Professor in Finance at Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham, UK. He serves as a guest editor for Journal of International Accounting, Audit and Taxation (JIAAT) special issue – “Contemporary Corporate Governance Issues in the Digitized Economy”. He also serves as an Associate Editor for Journal of Economic Surveys. Jing-Ming has regularly presented working papers and served as a chair or discussant at international conferences and has got sixteen PhD completions....

Call for paper for Journal of International Accounting, Audit and Taxation (JIAAT) special issue – “Contemporary Corporate Governance Issues in the Digitized Economy” guest co-edited by Thomas Kuo together with Prof. Jean Chen (University of Kent), Prof. Ding Rong (NEOMA Business School, France) and Dr Si Zhou (Shanghai University, China).
